Description

Plumbing Duties:

1. Interpret and work from plumbing blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
2. Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems including water supply lines (hot and cold), drainage, waste, and vent systems.
3. Install and connect plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, and low water pressure.
5. Perform pressure testing of plumbing systems to ensure integrity.
6. Install and maintain gas lines and appliances (if applicable and certified).
7. Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant local codes and regulations.
8. Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within the overall fit-out project.
9. Prepare material take-offs and assist with material procurement.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
11. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
