Job Summary:
Delma Marine is seeking experienced and highly responsible Bahraini boat captains to operate our fleet of vessels. Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boats, ensuring passenger and cargo safety, and adhering to all maritime regulations.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and navigate assigned vessels within designated areas.

Maintain accurate logs of voyages, including times, locations, and any incidents.

Ensure the vessel's cleanliness and proper maintenance.

Adhere to all maritime regulations and safety procedures.

Provide excellent customer service to passengers.

Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain a valid Boat Captain license and all necessary certifications.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

English is a must.

Must be a Bahraini national.

Must be registered with the Ministry of Labor.

Proven experience as a boat captain.

Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.

Strong navigational skills and ability to read charts.

Ability to handle pressure in emergency situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
