Qualifications:
Proven experience in catering or banquet operations, preferably within a hotel setting

Strong background in hotel management or hospitality services

Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge in food safety standards and budgeting is an advantage

Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
