Be a Key Player in Sanad's New Delivery Service - We Need Pickers! (Bahrain Based)

Are you organized and like to keep things running smoothly? Do you enjoy being active and making sure things are just right? If so, we're looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as a Picker in Bahrain!

We're a brand new and exciting delivery service right here in Bahrain, focused on serving our community in areas of Bahrain. As a Picker, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for carefully selecting all the items that customers have ordered through our app. Working within a local store setting, you'll ensure each order is accurate and perfectly prepared for our friendly delivery drivers to take to homes and businesses across Bahrain.

Here's a closer look at your responsibilities:

Accurately reading customer orders: You'll review order details, often displayed on a device, to understand exactly what items are needed.
Efficiently locating items within the store: You'll navigate the store to find all the products on each order. Familiarity with store layouts is a plus, but we'll also help you learn!
Paying attention to quality and expiry dates: For food and perishable items, you'll ensure they are fresh, in good condition, and within their valid dates.
Verifying quantities: You'll double-check that you've picked the correct number of each item as per the customer's request.
Preparing orders for delivery: This might involve carefully packing items into bags or boxes, ensuring they are secure and ready for transport in Bahrain's climate.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area: A tidy workspace helps everyone work efficiently and safely.
Collaborating with team members: You'll communicate with other pickers and the delivery team to ensure smooth order flow.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Is reliable and punctual – we value your commitment.
Can work efficiently and manage their time effectively.
Enjoys being active and doesn't mind being on their feet for the duration of their shift.
Is a team player and has good communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role (retail, warehousing) is a plus, but not essential – we provide training.
