Description

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent /
Type of the Job: Full Time (???? 48 Hours per week)
Purpose of the position: • To promote, educate and sell prospect customers one or more of Retail Banking Products and Services and assist them to complete the application.
Main Responsibilities & Duties: • Process new proposals / applications
• Collect the information from clients to complete the credit applications
• Preparation of above-mentioned documents assessing the customer’s financial status focusing on salary, collateral capacity in repay, cash flow and transaction structure inline with the AUB Retail Banking policy
• Provision of day-to-day support for home loans customers
• Responding to customers queries with regards to their accounts and mortgage loan facility
• Submit customers applications/sales and registered in the sale report
• Preparation and administration of client and facility documentation as required/necessary
• Processing of customers instructions to ensure timely response and high-quality service
• Registration and booking of home mortgage loans in the system before to disbursed by operations department
• Prepare O/S letters and collateral release applications
• Process company applications & loans
• Follow up with the customers & the developers to process the drawdown of loans
• Maintain and develop business relationship with key contacts within the preferred employers for future business sourcing.
• Follow up with both the developers and banks representatives at court on the availability/readiness of property deeds in order to register a mortgage over property (no mortgage application available only promise to mortgage)
• Follow up with the customer’s & insurance companies on the yearly renewal of insurance applications
• Act as a backup for secured lending division whenever needed
• Develop sales plan on daily basis and share it with the team leader.
• Prepare activity Reports.
NOTE:
- Responsibilities and duties in the Job description may be changed or added due to work requirement.
- It is the responsibility of the DSA to avail a car and mobile to conduct business with prospect customers.
- Ensure selling based on needs and avoid miss-selling by communicating proper information with prospect customers.

Job Specifications
Essential Desirable
Qualifications University Bachelor’s Degree OR
Diploma Banking/Finance, Accounting, Sales/Marketing major
Experience
Experience in sales & marketing and specifically in banking products
Incase of Diploma, 3 years’ experience in banking & sales products is essential
