We are currently looking to hire retired Civil Engineers and Civil Supervisors located in Bahrain to work on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in civil engineering, construction management, and supervisory roles. These positions are ideal for individuals who want to continue contributing their knowledge and expertise in the industry on flexible terms.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Provide expert advice on engineering solutions, site assessments, and design.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Review and approve plans, designs, and specifications for construction projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress, challenges, and safety concerns.

**Qualifications:**
- Retired Civil Engineer or Civil Supervisor with years of experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of construction and engineering principles.
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Valid certifications and licenses where applicable.
- Must currently reside in Bahrain.
