Description

We are seeking immediately a skilled and experienced Flexographic Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our flexographic printing machine to produce high-quality printed paper rolls for paper bag manufacturing.

**Responsibilities:**

(1) Set up the flexographic printing machine according to job specifications, including loading paper rolls, installing printing plates and inks, and adjusting machine settings for optimal print quality and alignment.

(2) Operate the flexographic printing machine efficiently and safely, monitoring the printing process to ensure consistent quality, color accuracy, and proper registration.

(3) Perform routine maintenance on the printing machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs as needed.

(4) Troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues that may arise during the printing process and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

(5) Inspect printed paper rolls for defects such as smudging, misprints, or tears, and ensure that all output meets quality standards.

(6) Maintain a clean and organized work area around the printing machine.

**Qualifications:**

(1) Proven experience as a Flexographic Printing Machine Operator, preferably in the paper packaging or paper bag manufacturing industry.

(2) Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and machine adjustments.

(3) Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production orders.

(4) Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

(5) Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

(6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

(7) Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to operating printing machinery.

(8) Physical ability to lift and move paper rolls and other materials as needed.
