Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, inspect, and diagnose faults in electric motors, generators, and related equipment.
- Rewind, repair, and rebuild motor coils using industry-standard techniques and materials.
- Test and troubleshoot rewound motors to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of industrial motors.
- Document repair processes, including materials used and time spent.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize urgent repair requests.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in motor rewinding, repair, or electromechanical work.
- Proficiency in using tools such as coil winders, multimeters, and insulation testers.
- Knowledge of motor types (AC/DC, single/three-phase) and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in industrial environments.
- Certification in electrical systems or motor rewinding (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) or industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
- Willingness to work overtime or respond to emergency service calls.
