Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to lead our coffee team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and train junior baristas. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of coffee preparation, customer service, and overall caf? operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily coffee bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages.

Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Innovate and introduce new coffee recipes and techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years of experience.

In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and improve.
