We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Recreation Attendants to join our dynamic Recreation team. This is an immediate appointment for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our recreational facilities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Recreation Attendant or similar role in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and equipment.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform required tasks.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting is highly preferred.
• Strong swimming skills are often an asset.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
