We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with fluent Arabic skills to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is for a passionate leader who excels in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational efficiency within a luxury environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Female candidates only.
• Fluency in Arabic (essential).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
