About Us:
Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental is a leading provider of motorcycle leasing and rental services, committed to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting overall accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Transactions & Reporting:
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements).
• Conduct bank reconciliations and track payments, receivables, and payables.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.

2. Taxation & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT regulations and assist in timely filing of VAT returns.
• Maintain financial records as per local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and government authorities for tax and financial audits.

3. Payroll & Employee Benefits:
• Process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and WPS payments.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws related to salary payments and deductions.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Manage vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor customer payment schedules and generate aging reports.

6. General Accounting & Cost Control:
• Track company expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure internal controls and company policies are followed in all financial transactions.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
✅ 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive, leasing, or logistics industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of Bahrain tax laws, VAT, and IFRS accounting standards.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
