Job Summary: The Trauma & Extremities Clinical Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts for trauma and extremities products. This position involves providing clinical expertise, training, and support to healthcare professionals, as well as collaborating with internal teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with the sales team to deliver educational programs, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals on trauma and extremities products, including surgical techniques, product features, and patient outcomes.
2. Conduct in-service training sessions and workshops for surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff to enhance their understanding and proficiency with the products.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of product demonstrations, workshops, and events to showcase the trauma and extremities solutions.
5. Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on product usage.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, clinical developments, and competitor activities related to trauma and extremities procedures.
7. Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
8. Maintain thorough documentation of activities, including training sessions, customer interactions, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, anatomy, physiology, nursing, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
2. 5+ years clinical experience in trauma and/or orthopedic surgery, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.
5. Willingness to travel extensively to visit hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Preferred with Driving License
