Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a proactive and efficient Admin cum Secretary to join our dynamic team!


Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
✅ Assist in office management and ensure smooth operations.
✅ Serve as a point of contact between agents, clients, contractors and employees.
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant documents.
✅ Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
✅ Assist in travel arrangements, event planning, and other secretarial duties.
✅ Handle payments and transactions related to EWA, GOSI, LMRA, and other government-related services.

Requirements:
✔ Applicant must be currently in Bahrain.
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
✔ Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
✔ Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is a plus.
✔ Experience in handling EWA, GOSI, LMRA, and other payments is preferred.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
