Pastry Chef (Specializing in Waffles, Pancakes, and Churros)

Location: Isa town, Bahrain

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef specializing in waffles, pancakes, and churros to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and a well-groomed, pleasant personality to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake high-quality waffles, pancakes, churros, and other pastries according to established recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all desserts.
Develop and introduce new pastry recipes to enhance the menu.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards.
Manage ingredient inventory and ensure fresh, high-quality supplies.
Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Interact with customers when necessary, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Dessert Specialist (especially in waffles, pancakes, and churros).
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
Well-groomed, presentable, and with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
Creativity in plating and designing desserts.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
