Description

We are looking for a Project Supervisor specializing in aluminum, cladding, and maintenance to join our team.

🔹 Position: Project Supervisor (Aluminum, Cladding & Maintenance)
🔹 Salary: 200 - 250 BHD
🔹 Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and guide aluminum fabricators and installers
✔ Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations
✔ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
✔ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth execution
✔ Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow

Requirements:
✔ Experience in aluminum and cladding projects
✔ Strong leadership and supervision skills
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of aluminum fabrication, installation, and related materials
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
✔ Must have a valid driving license
