Description

Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and mediate conflict resolution to ensure a positive work environment.
Supervise performance management, conduct performance reviews, and support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
Identify and address training and development needs, while implementing programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to employee rights, workplace safety, and HR practices.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation and transition.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and assist in HR policy development and implementation.
