We are seeking an Electronics & Small Appliances Technician to join us immediately

• JOB PURPOSE: To help the organization in repairing defective and service-required products.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics.
• Proven working experience as a Service Technician
• Less than 40 years, physically fit to endure the demands of the job
•
• COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Internal -Communication linkages to executives, promoters, Service Coordinator
•
• KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
• Daily Inspecting, testing & repairing, or replacing faulty parts on complaints.
• Identify the root cause of the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.
• Service repair first in first out basis is being followed but sometimes case to a case basis
• Time management to comply with the work before the due date.
• Responsible for discussing any technical issue about service items with the supervisor & manager
• Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
• Keep the Service record legibly & promptly.
