✅ CRPEP License Holder (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in civil engineering projects
✅ Strong knowledge of local regulations, construction standards, and project management
✅ Expertise in site supervision, quality control, and project execution
✅ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
