Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for furniture manufacturing and interior décor projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, calculating material and labor costs, and collaborating with design, production, and sales teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review project drawings, designs, and specifications to develop cost estimates.
-Calculate material, labor, and production costs for custom furniture and interior décor projects.
-Source pricing for raw materials, hardware, and outsourced components.
-Collaborate with the design and production teams to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
-Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.


Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in the furniture manufacturing or interior décor industry.
-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and industry pricing.
-Software Skills: Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate project costs and optimize pricing strategies.
-Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in calculations and cost assessments.
