Job Overview:
We are looking for a Florist & Administrative Support team member who is passionate about floral artistry and has strong administrative and digital marketing skills. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for floral design, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in managing online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Floral Design & Customer Service:
• Create and arrange stunning floral bouquets, centerpieces, and customized gift sets.
• Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
• Innovate and introduce new floral designs to match seasonal trends and special events.


Administrative & Inventory Management:
• Track inventory of flowers, vases, wrapping materials, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for flower sourcing and replenishment.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchases, expenses, and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.


Digital Marketing & E-Commerce:
• Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Jahez, and Talabat, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing.
• Create engaging content, including product images, short videos, and captions, to promote products across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.
• Track online sales performance and suggest improvements to optimize digital presence.

Requirements:
• Floristry experience: Previous experience as a florist is highly preferred.
• Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to create innovative floral designs.
• Administrative skills: Experience in inventory management, order processing, and supplier coordination.
• E-commerce knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify, Jahez, Talabat, and social media marketing.
• Customer service skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers in-store and online.
• Photography & content creation: Basic skills in taking and editing photos/videos for online marketing are a plus.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
