Description

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and VAT filing.
✅ Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records.
✅ Assist in import documentation, LMRA, Tamkeen, GOSI, and other government-related work.
✅ Maintain office administration tasks, including correspondence and filing.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and financial matters.
✅ Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
✅ Support general office operations, including HR and payroll tasks.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
✔️ Minimum 1 + years of experience in accounting and administration.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✔️ Knowledge of VAT, import/export documentation, and financial regulations in Bahrain.
✔️ Strong communication skills in English,Hindi
✔️ Experience in the wholesale, distribution, or retail industry is an advantage.
