Job Purpose
We at Autovolt, Hidd are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Car Denter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged vehicle body panels, restoring them to their original condition while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
1.Assess the extent of damage to vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
2.Use specialized tools and equipment to reshape, repair, and restore damaged body panels.
3.Perform dent removal, panel beating, and welding as required.
4.Fill cavities and dents with putty or filler to achieve a smooth surface.
5.Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting.
6.Replace damaged panels and parts as necessary.
7.Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
8.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
9.Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements
1.Proven experience as a Car Denter or Auto Body Technician (3+ years preferred).
2.Proficiency in using tools such as hammers, dollies, grinders, and welding equipment.
3.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality repairs.
4.Knowledge of vehicle body materials (e.g., metal, plastic) and repair techniques.
5.Ability to read damage reports and follow repair instructions accurately.
6.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
7.Certification in auto body repair or relevant training is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
1.Experience with paintless dent removal techniques.
2.Familiarity with modern automotive repair technologies.
3.Strong communication skills for liaising with team members or customers.
