- Proficient in handling government documentation and LMRA processes.
- Experienced in managing employee complaints and resolving workplace issues.
-Implements HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
-Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and vacation leaves.
-Enforce company policies and leading disciplinary procedures.
-Manage employee records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases
- Experienced in the recruitment process, ensuring effective candidate selection for the company.

Must have 5-10yrs experienced as a HR MANAGER.
