We are seeking an experienced and IATA-certified Ticketing Staff member with a strong knowledge of the Galileo GDS system to join our team. If you have an excellent customer service skills, and at least 1 years of experience in the airline ticketing field, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Book and process airline tickets
Knowledge of all B2B Portals
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, pricing, and policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues professionally
Process payments and issue e-tickets
Stay updated on airline promotions and fare rules
Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions
