Description

we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to streamline operations and support our growing team. We prioritize candidates with a strong administrative background and familiarity with Bahraini regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations, including email correspondence, phone communications, and client coordination.
- Collaborate with Accounting and HR departments to ensure timely documentation and compliance.
- Review and finalize client proposals, ensuring accuracy in costing and adherence to company standards.
- Manage LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority) and Tamkeen-related processes.
- Maintain organized records and implement efficient administrative systems.
- Act as a flexible team player, adaptable to evolving priorities.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in English(written/spoken).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, and digital tools.
- Familiarity with Bahraini labor laws, LMRA, and Tamkeen procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.




- Filipino (female) nationality or prior experience in multicultural work environments.
