Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the housekeeping operations at our facility. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a female candidate, due to cultural considerations, who possesses extensive experience in a similar role within hotels or private villas.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments (front desk, maintenance, etc.) to ensure efficient operations.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on procedures, safety, and best practices.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning products and request new supplies as needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality (preferably in a supervisory role)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude

The position offers private accommodation on the property grounds, complete with a private WC. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to inclusive of all meals.
