Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Support HR management with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate training and development sessions for employees.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and performance reviews.
Answer employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help organize company events, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
Ensure HR documentation complies with legal and company standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an HR assistant or administrative role (4-6 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
