A leading steel fabrication company in Bahrain is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel fabrication industry.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel products, fabrication processes, and market demands.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: 500 BHD (if approved by Tamkeen).
