We are a prominent chain restaurant group with operations across the GCC, seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection of qualified candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
Support the performance management system, including employee appraisals, feedback, and career development.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain's labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring proper documentation.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and welfare programs.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR).
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry in Bahrain.
In-depth knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, HR best practices, and local regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
