Description

Responsibilities:

•Manage and lead a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service
•Train new barista staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
•Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient coffee bar environment
•Ensure quality control of all coffee products, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages
•Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
•Develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items
•Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

•3+ years of experience working as a barista in a fast-paced coffee shop
•Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
•Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in coffee preparation is a plus
