Required Quality Inspector (Juniors)

Responsibilities:-
Conducts line inspection and control of materials, products and processes.
Counter check the following to ensure products conformance to customer's specification.
• Raw material specification such as film, ink, resin, adhesive, etc.
• New job artwork design, computer print-out &cylinder proof.
• Machine parameters setting.
Checks / evaluates the quality of product produced in line from proofing / trial run – up to finishing with the aid of test equipment as maybe required.
Coordinates / highlights product defects to concerned personnel.
Counter checks material complaint / rejection in line.
Endorses / feedback updated and necessary information to concerned personnel.
Collection of samples of printed or solvent based laminated film for Gas chromatograph test.
Conducting the Gas chromatograph test using GC equipment.
Strictly observes the company’s code of conduct and discipline, support the cleanliness drive and health program.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Preference: Male
Qualification: Diploma (In any field)
Salary :100+ Over time
