Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up fryers and flat top grill
Cook to order; cooks to proper doneness
Set-up proper presentation of food
Prepare orders within the standard ticket time
Use weight as needed.
Maintain good communication
Clean equipment
Cleans the prep and cooking stations
Follows all holding times
