The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a Sous Chef role, with extensive knowledge of preparing a wide variety of authentic Arabic dishes.we are in chain of Restaurants and catering divisions in all of GC

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in renowned Arabic restaurants.
• Proven expertise in managing kitchen operations, including overseeing Sous Chefs and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic cuisine, with the ability to maintain food quality and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff and collaborate with the broader team.
