Cook/Chef (Immediate Hiring) Mexican Cuisine Expert (Filipino)

Responsibilities:

*Expert preparation of classic Mexican dishes (tacos, enchiladas, guacamole, etc.).
*Ability to create and execute complex Mexican sauces and marinades.
* Experience with grilling, roasting, and other Mexican cooking methods.
* Knowledge of Mexican spices and herbs.
* Food preparation and kitchen management.
* Must be available to work in night / graveyard shift.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in Mexican cuisine.
* Filipino nationality, below 35 yo
* Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
* Excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
* Must be able to provide valid work transferrable visa to work in Bahrain.
