Sales Account Executive Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
4. Market Research & Strategy
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and new business development.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts.
• Provide feedback to improve offerings based on client needs.
6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
7. Customer Support & Retention
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
