Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce company policies in staff accommodations.
• Report daily staff attendance and absences to HR/Admin.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide reports.
• Assign and manage room allocations for new and vacating staff.
• Keep records of all employees staying in the accommodation.
• Oversee waste disposal and sewage management.
• Act as emergency contact for incidents.
• Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of accommodation supplies and equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience
• Valid driving license
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Good organizational and coordination skills
