Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Manager with a proven track record in leading environmental projects, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in environmental engineering and a strong background in environmental impact assessments, policy development, and corporate sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and strategies in compliance with local and international regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental laws, permitting processes, and sustainability standards.
Sustainability & ESG: Lead corporate sustainability programs, carbon footprint reduction, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
Project Management: Oversee environmental impact assessments (EIA), risk assessments, and remediation projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government agencies, industry bodies, and internal teams to drive environmental initiatives.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of environmental engineers and specialists.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, and sustainability.
In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, EIA, ISO 14001, and ESG reporting.
Strong project management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
