Description

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research to identify property trends.
Provide expert advice on property investments.
Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
Meeting with prospective tenants, taking them on tours of the units they are interested in and highlighting the benefits of the units and property
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Confirming information and references provided by potential tenants on the application
Collecting application fees and security deposits from potential tenants and monthly rental payments from existing tenants
Negotiating lease renewals, including communicating changes in prices or terms
Informing residents of any changes to their rental agreement or upcoming events or issues associated with the property
Creating marketing and promotional materials to advertise vacant units on the property
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
