We are seeking an experienced Landscape Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for landscaping projects.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor costs.
Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate prices with suppliers.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities.
Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and claims.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth project execution.
