About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Electro-Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. You will ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution), HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems to ensure functionality.

Perform routine maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and implement repairs.

Review electrical/mechanical drawings and specifications to resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to align workflows.

Enforce safety protocols and Bahraini regulations for all installations.

Maintain detailed records of installations, tests, maintenance, and quality checks.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: 3–5 years in electro-mechanical roles, preferably in construction projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical/mechanical systems, Bahraini regulations, and technical documentation.

Language: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency (preferred).

Skills: Problem-solving, communication, project coordination, attention to detail, safety compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with facilities or similar projects.

Familiarity with Bahraini building codes and electro-mechanical standards.
