We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join our dynamic consulting team. As the Client Relationship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will ensure that clients' needs are understood and met while delivering an exceptional experience. Your work will directly contribute to the overall success of the consulting business by fostering loyalty, communication, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries, requests, and concerns are promptly addressed. Maintain proactive communication to ensure their satisfaction throughout the consulting process.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand the scope of services, timelines, and expectations
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting services. Track the progress of projects and report back to clients, managing any changes or challenges that arise.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Handle any concerns or issues raised by clients, working to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Provide ongoing solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide monthly reports on the total business closed
- Feedback and Improvements: Collect client feedback to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Ensure all client communications, contracts, and other related documents are properly filed and up to date.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in client management or coordination, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage client expectations and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing client requests and documentation.
