Description

We are seeking an Experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee the day-to-day management of our business, which operates across four branches in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, managing staff, handling stock orders, and keeping up with market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
Oversee and manage operations across all four branches.
Supervise and support branch staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory effectively.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure excellent customer service standards across all branches.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience in managing multiple branches within the optician industry.
Strong leadership and operational management skills.
Knowledge of stock management and market trends in the optical field.
Academic background in Optometry or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience in the Bahrain market is an advantage.
Valid driving license (Bahraini license preferred, or willingness to obtain one).

SALARY & BENEFITS :
Salary: BHD 600-700 (inclusive of accommodation allowance).
Transportation: A company car will be provided for branch visits.
