About the Role:

A highly skilled Regulatory & Distributer is required to lead the approval and distribution of diabetes-related pharmaceutical products in Bahrain. This role focuses on bringing innovative diabetes treatments to the market while ensuring full regulatory compliance and efficient distribution.

Responsibilities:
Regulatory Approvals & Compliance:
Manage all legal and regulatory procedures for registering and launching diabetes medications,
insulin products, and medical devices.
Obtain approvals from NHRA Bahrain and ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.
Prepare and submit complete documentation for product registration, licensing, and market entry.
Supply Chain & Distribution:
Develop and implement an efficient strategy for distributing diabetes treatments and medical
supplies.
Build and manage relationships with key pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and diabetes centers.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product
availability.
Market Entry & Expansion:
Conduct market research to assess demand for diabetes medications, insulin, CGMs, and related
products.
Develop partnerships with endocrinologists, healthcare providers, and diabetes associations.
Ensure pricing and distribution strategies align with regulatory guidelines and market needs.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, approvals, and distribution in
Bahrain, preferably in diabetes care.
Strong knowledge of NHRA regulations, GCC health laws, and pharmaceutical supply chains.
Experience in distributing diabetes-related medications, insulin products, and medical devices.
Established connections with regulatory authorities, distributors, and healthcare professionals in the
diabetes sector.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex regulatory and logistical processes efficiently.
