A leading company is seeking skilled professionals to join its carpentry division in the following roles:

1. Spray Painter

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

Select and mix paint colors to match specifications.

Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun, ensuring even application without drips or runs.

Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain and clean spray guns and other equipment.

Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Spray Painter or in a similar role.

Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

2. Finishing Carpenter

Responsibilities:

Install trim, molding, and other finish carpentry elements.

Interpret technical drawings and plans.

Perform finishing techniques, including sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting.

Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Carpenter.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to design changes.

Physical ability to handle the demands of carpentry work.
