Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping and logistics needs.
Promote and sell the company’s freight forwarding services, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.
Strong understanding of air and sea cargo operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
