Job Summary:

We are looking for a full time Outdoor Sales Executive – Printing Solutions to join our Bahrain team reporting to the sales manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with corporate clients, and selling customized printing solutions such as marketing materials, packaging, signage, and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote printing solutions to businesses.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including corporations, retailers, and advertising agencies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored printing solutions, including digital, offset, large-format, and specialty printing.
• Present proposals, quotations, and product samples to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality and timely order fulfillment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new printing technologies, and competitors' offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in printing solutions, packaging, or B2B sales.
• Bahrain Driving License and own car
• Strong knowledge of different printing methods (digital, offset, large format, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Salary Package:

BHD 350/- all inclusive + Medical Insurance + Airfare every 2 years.
