Accountant and Office Admin
• Preparing reports.
• Creating P0’s.
• Petty Cash Handling and Recording on focus.
• Set invoices up for payments.
• Enter and Upload Invoice into system.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor Accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Track expenses and process expenses reports.
• Reconciliation of bank & supplier statement.
• Conducting annual inventory of showrooms & warehouse.
• Arranging Necessary documents for L.C & L.G
• Assisted in data entry, record keeping, managing ledger
accounts and filing of financial document
• FIling VAT
