Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals while representing our company in the market. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gender Preference: Male candidates
• Identify and target potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as set by the company.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including tracking leads, customer interactions, and market trends.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into successful deals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to travel within assigned regions for client visits.
• Valid driver’s license mandatory

Salary package: BHD 300 - BHD 350
