Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at a busy hotel and apartments building. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing bookings, handling inquiries, and providing support to other hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Handle reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions
- Manage phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
- Support the hotel staff as needed and work as part of a team

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel management software is a plus)
- Must be reliable, organized, and professional
